Vanir Installed Sales is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Smithfield, NC

Quickly expanding contractor looking for a motivated, positive, detail orientated Office Administrator to join our well respected team. Our branch in Raleigh is seeking a candidate who will be a great addition to our friendly, and energetic team. We offer in-house training to familiarize you with the company and the position and are happy to answer any questions about the business, job duties and more.

The Office Administrator ensures smooth running of our Raleigh branch, providing administrative support, organizing all job-related information, and overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a casual office environment, takes initiative, and enjoys wearing many hats in the office with limited supervision. Who we are:

Vanir Installed Sales is a construction management company which specializes in the installation of exterior siding. With eight branches in Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, and Greensboro, North Carolina, and Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina our clients include local, regional, and national homebuilders.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing to the correct personnel.
  • Daily invoicing of completed siding installs.
  • Verifying and accepting all vendor invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor monthly statements.
  • Processing subcontractor invoices.
  • Verifying, processing, and invoicing variance purchase orders.
  • Computer literacy a must; ability to understand and use Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are valuable
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and take initiative with limited supervision
  • Strong work ethic (reliable), organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Enjoys customer service and has a professional phone demeanor

Salary Range: $16 - $22hr (negotiable based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
