We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, backhoes, and dump trucks. This position involves working on various construction projects and requires expertise in horizontal drilling and commercial driving.

Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, graders, backhoes, and dump trucks
- Perform horizontal drilling tasks as required
- Conduct commercial driving for transportation of materials and equipment
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all machinery
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines

Skills:
- Proficiency in bulldozer, grader, backhoe, and dump truck operation
- Experience with horizontal drilling techniques
- Competence in Caterpillar machinery operation
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and practices
- Ability to perform heavy equipment operations efficiently
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in a construction environment
