VANGUARD NATIONAL TRAILER is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Vanguard National Trailer is a premier manufacturer of dry and refrigerated semi-trailers for North America. Vanguard National Trailer Corp. is a subsidiary of the CIMC Vehicle Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of commercial transport dry and refrigerated container and trailer equipment with subsidiaries across the globe.

We are GROWING!!! We are currently looking for some amazing people to join our Aftermarket Team.

The Inside Sales Representative will assist the Sales Team in growing Non-Dealer sales. This person will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, products, technical questions and order sales.

Duties and Responsiblities:

  • Assist customers with order, product and technical inquires. (aka: Answer calls, respond to emails and faxes)
  • Work with purchasing for product availability and cost inquires.
  • Telemarketing
  • Develop and maintain script
  • Call customers for weekly orders and specials
  • Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly e-mail and internet notifications.
  • Assist Inside Sales/Customer Service Team as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum in heavy parts industry preferred.
  • 2 years minimum in Tele-marketing, inside sales, or outside sales preferred.
  • 1 year minimum in the Truck-Trailer Industry preferred.
  • 2-4 Year college degree in Business preferred.
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Innovative, proactive and creative
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative.
  • Good problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Personable, Patient, and firm.
