Location:

Description:

Vanguard is seeking a Claims manager in our Customer Service department that will be responsible for managing claims and to ensure that Vanguard delivers the highest quality service to our customers.
An ideal candidate:

Furniture background; preferred retail sales, manufacturing or customer service experience.

Strong organizational, phone, email, communication, and leadership skills.

Customer oriented service skills including needs assessment, evaluation, and resolution.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Access and Excel; all data entry skills.

Valued but not Required Skills and Experience:

2-Year Associates Degree preferred.

Customer Service exp preferred

Knowledgeable in Furniture Manufacturing and Product Development.

Requirements:

Furniture background; preferred retail sales, manufacturing or customer service experience.

Excel, outlook and data entry skills.

Good phone and email communication skills required
