Overview:
We are seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to coordinate service requests efficiently.
Duties:
- Coordinate service requests and dispatch field service technicians promptly
- Communicate effectively with customers to schedule service appointments
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and schedules
- Monitor and track service orders to ensure timely completion
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of service activities
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline dispatching processes
- Utilize GIS tools for location tracking and mapping
- Support fleet management by coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to type efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and field technicians

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
