- Responsible for assessing the needs of Work First clients and developing a plan to ensure self sufficiency.
- Provides a combination of case management, supportive services, job leads, and referrals to other community resources.
- Maintains a case load of 30-50 clients, while assessing up to 10 new clients daily.
- Works closely with domestic violence victims and Children's Services clients, as well as providing emergency services for clients outside of Work First.
- Administer the Energy Programs and will take and process Work First applications.
- May serve as a member or the facilitator of the Child and Family Team meetings arranged by Children's Services.
