Van Maanen Electric is currently looking to add Electrical Journeymen to our team in eastern Iowa. This is a leadership position. The foreman will be in charge of making sure that the day to day operations of the job site go smoothly. They will need to efficiently lead their crew, making sure that each member constantly has a task to do. This will take constant planning and organization. The job foreman is responsible for keeping track of what material is showing up to the job site each week, what material they are running low on, and what material can be sent back. The job foreman is responsible for communicating with the Project Manager about the job status, and any issues that may come about. Keeping a safe and efficient job site is a main priority.
