We are looking for Van Maanen Project Coordinators to coordinate our project manuals and perform a variety of customer service and administrative tasks. This position will assist with supporting general business processes while handling a wide range of responsibilities. 

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

Duties include:

• Customer service and administrative support across the organization.
• Closeouts for Commercial Projects
• Experience with a Plotter and Label Machines is helpful
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, and schedules

• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or other personnel
• Maintain scheduling and event calendars
• Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
• Support the coordination and management of multiple projects
• Contributing to the planning, development, and execution of projects
• Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, Project submittals, Project closeout documentation
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management orderly and efficiently
