Required Qualifications:

• Automotive service advisor experience (two years or more preferred)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Be able to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
• Have effective interpersonal, and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
• Knowledge of cash handling
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Create repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
• Reconcile daily and weekly paperwork for finance records
• Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks
• Familiarity with auto estimating software ROWriter is preferred
