We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service areas
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee trends is highly desirable
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control strategies
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
