Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and promoting products to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide information about products and services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or electronics sales preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of wireless sales processes and products
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
- Experience in retail sales or electronics sales
