Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our HOP Shops. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, supervising employees, and ensuring that customers receive excellent service. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the convenience store and gas station

- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked

- Manage inventory levels and order products as needed

- Supervise and train employees to ensure that they provide excellent customer service

- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees

- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure that the store is profitable

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure that all employees follow company policies and procedures

- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers

- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or gas station

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
