This role is perfect for someone who loves hiring top technical talent and is looking for opportunities to mentor others. This person will recruit top technical talent who truly believes in our mission to champion homeownership as we scale over the years. We are looking to continue to grow our Product and Design teams and set a scalable foundation for 2023. You will play a critical role in this growth while driving the hiring strategy from source to close. You will partner with existing technical recruiters who support engineering hiring and infrequently flex into software engineering as the business needs change. You will spearhead and educate recruiting best practices across the Product and Design organization Aside from the day-to-day, this is a career development opportunity for you as a Senior Recruiter leading the hiring engine for Product and Design.
