RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Understand product drawings and can product parts from drawings
• Able to inspect product and threads for conformance to adhere to quality standards
• Reading and understanding gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is properly running
• Perform necessary mathematical calculations to product angles
• Monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
• Participation in level 3 maintenance, preventative maintenance, and 5S
• Adherence to corporate policies, procedures, practices and specifications
• Adherence to department policies, procedures, practices and specifications
• Adherence to OSHA safety standards, and departmental Lock out Tag out policies
• Operate overhead, and floor crane
• Report all discrepancies to department supervisor
• Perform all other tasks assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years’ experience in metal removal on a variety of machines
