Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll be privileged to work closely with our amazing KM (Kitchen Manager) to ensure seamless execution of all employee duties. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading our team on the weekends, ensuring the quality of food and service is consistent.

- Keeping a watchful eye on kitchen operations to guarantee compliance with health and fire department regulations.

- Championing adherence to state, federal, and local food handling requirements and standards.

- Assisting in the implementation and management of kitchen and restaurant policies and procedures during your scheduled shifts.

- Stepping up as a dependable line cook when needed, showcasing your versatility in performing various kitchen tasks.

- Safeguarding product quality by storing ingredients at the correct temperatures and ensuring up-to-date recipe books with the latest menu items, portions, and ingredients.

- Embracing daily prep sheets and meat/fish yield sheets, accurately recording product counts, and actively participating in the monthly inventory process.
