WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

* 1. Supervise and oversee childcare staff and all operations of the childcare, day camp and pre-school departments

* 2. Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting childcare programs

* 3. Maintain licensing requirements and guidelines at all times

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

* 1. Minimum age of 21

* 2. A passion for working with youth

* 3. YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred

* 4. Minimum two years working with youth in child development or related

* 5. Ability to pass a drug screening and satisfactory motor vehicle record

* 6. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
