- Calling insurance/using insurance portals to get Prior Authorization
- Explaining benefits to patients and collection of payments
- Scheduling surgeries across different programs
- Coordinating surgeries with other doctors offices
- Other duties as assigned
- Hours are approximately: Monday and Friday 0800-1800 and Tuesday-Thursday 0800-1600
- Travel to our Lehi office 2 times/month is required, all other shifts will be at our St. Marks location
