Looking for a full-time Resource RN to work 12- hour Night shift with our Critical Care Unit as your home base. The Resource RN will have demonstrated competency to work in a Critical Care Unit and will be floating to many other departments to be a Resource Nurse. These departments include Acute Care, Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and CCU. 

Requirements:

• CO RN License (DORA)
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2-years RN work experience in a hospital setting with at least 1 year in critical care is required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS (AHA)
• TNCC or obtained within 6 months of hire.

SALARY RANGE

• ‎$33.99 - 49.98/hour (BSN) Resource RN Differential
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
• $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am. 
• $4.25/hour weekend shift differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Monday. 
• Eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
• Current monthly retention incentive of $834 paid in addition to rate. Guaranteed through February of 2024. 
• Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance.
