Valley Senior Services is Hiring a Site Coordinator Near Fargo, ND

This position is responsible for the immediate supervision of operations at a senior center site.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Evaluation of this position is based primarily on performance of the following essential functions, which include, but are not limited to:
- Direct meal service operations.
- Record daily participation and maintain daily sign-up sheets to assist in ordering meals.
- Create a well-rounded monthly activity schedule consisting of crafts, recreational, and educational activities for senior participants
- Supervise serving of the noon meal
- Keep inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed.
- Supervision of site assistants and volunteers.
- Schedule staff to help with daily operations at the senior center site, provide direction, and help to staff.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Evaluation of this position may also be based on performance of the following other functions, which include, but are not limited to:
- Keeps direct supervisor promptly informed of key and significant issues or concerns.
- Carries out duties and responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner to maintain safe work environment and surrounding area for oneself, co-workers, and public.
- Performs related duties as assigned or apparent.
- High School Diploma and previous experience working with senior citizens and recreational training
- Valid driver’s license
