As the Nurse Manager you will achieve goals and objectives of the departments through the development of new and/or built upon relationships and partnerships between team members, physicians, and the organization, consistent with the values, mission and vision of Valley Regional Hospital. Plans for, leads, coordinates, and facilitates the provision of quality care and service for a population of patients and facilitates the procurement of supplies/equipment and provides for adequate numbers and mix of staff to deliver nursing care.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire
• Three to five years of clinical experience
• BSN and/or MSN
• Two to three years of Nursing Administration experience

• BLS
• Knowledge, skills and competence in leadership, management , and supervision
• Skills in communication and interpersonal relationships with professional and nonprofessional personnel.
• High integrity, able to follow procedure
• Ability to be a self-motivated learner, to take initiative in learning the many complex processes
• Exhibits professionalism at all times, understands appropriate workplace behavior/communications.
• Confidentiality a must
