Seasonal Service Dispatcher – North Versailles

The Valley Pool & Spa Full Time Service Dispatcher assists the Service Manager and/ or Delivery Manager with coordinating and confirming appointments through the use of scheduling software. Will take customer inbound calls, interact with Service Technicians/ Delivery Teams, stores and others on service appointments and ensure superior customer service. Follow up on parts orders, and organize and manage departmental forms and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency with above average keyboarding skills.
• Consistently positive, professional interaction with contacts at all levels.
• Previous scheduling/dispatching experience preferred.
• 2 years of retail or call center customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn the ‘technical’ aspect of the swimming pool industry with provided paid training
• Monday through Friday work schedule

COMPENSATION:

• $13 per hour
