The Valley Pool & Spa Full Time Service Dispatcher assists the Service Manager with coordinating and confirming appointments through the use of scheduling software. Will take customer inbound calls, interact with Service Technicians, stores and others on service appointments and ensure superior customer service. Follow up on parts orders, and organize and manage departmental forms and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency with above average keyboarding skills.
• Consistently positive, professional interaction with contacts at all levels.
• Previous scheduling/dispatching experience preferred.
• 2 years of retail or call center customer service experience preferred. 
• Ability to learn the ‘technical’ aspect of the swimming pool industry with provided paid training
• Monday through Friday work schedule with availability to work Saturdays in April, May, June and September.

Pay: 

• $15.00 - $16.00 / hour
