Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Renewals: Proactively reach out to clients nearing policy renewal to ensure timely updates and reviews.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Licensing: Active AZ Property & Casualty License is required.
Insurance Customer Service Experience: 1 year of prior insurance experience in customer service.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and databases proficiently.
