Do you love the look of a clean space? We’re looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You’ll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Replace light bulbs, clean windows, shampoo carpets, and supply restrooms on a regular basis as scheduled
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
• Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished
• Make sure vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash are completed daily
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building

Qualifications:

• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• At least 1 years of experience in janitorial services
