Compensation:$20 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and target market needs.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to improve performance.
- 5 years of experience in sales management.
