NATURE OF WORK:To overseethe day-to-day operations of all essential residential requirements in grouphomes for persons served who have a mental illness and/or substance abusediagnosis.Assist the person’s servedto acquire and use the skills and supports they need to be successful andsatisfied in their living, social, vocational and educational environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Current Active W.V. LPN License.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certificate or ability tobe trained.
• Six Months of Nursing experience.
• Ability to legally transport clients.
• Ability to comply with Client’s Rights.
• Ability to comply with Valley’s and Divisiondepartmental safety procedures.
• Ability to read, write and speak the Englishlanguage.
