Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively recruit and screen qualified candidates over the phone daily and lead them through the interview process
• Building professional relationships with both active and long-term passive candidates through outreach and education of the Firm.
• Comfortable in a metrics-based work environment
• Frequently cold call potential candidates and see if they are ready to make their next career move
• Collaborate effectively both independently and as a vital team member
• Foster and cultivate relationships with local Law Schools and leaders in the legal community
• Utilize social media platforms adeptly for recruiting initiatives
• Cultivate and nurture new candidate pipelines in the assigned region
• Manage the complete lifecycle of vacancies spanning diverse practice areas

Qualifications:

• 3-5years of recruiting or administrative experience.
• Proven ability to excel in both individual and collaborative settings
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable navigating and utilizing various social media platforms
• Skilled in creating and maintaining candidate pipelines in a designated area
