About the Role:

As a General Services Staff (Maintenance Technician), you will support day to day operation of the Valeo Troy, MI R&D Center. Ensure a safe and productive work environment for all occupants of this facility:

Responsibilities Also Include:

• Support all aspects related to HSE at this location
• Monitor and service HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems
• Provide guidance to contract cleaning, security, snow removal and lawn services
• Support special event planning and organization
• Oversee logistics activity
• Coordinate activates with Valeo Auburn Hills, MI facilities staff
• Occasion evening and weekend response/support required

What You Should Have:

• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience with building maintenance
