Cotton Court Hotel is located in Lubbock, TX and is a pillar of the community. Job summary:

Prepare, cook, and serve food with the highest quality and sanitation.

Shift requirements:

Weekdays: 3p.m. – 11p.m.

Weekends: 2p.m.- 12a.m.

Responsibilities

• Contribute positively to the team within the department
• Prepare for any and all guest requests
• Participate in on-going training
• Attend required meetings
• Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized
• Report unsafe work conditions to your supervisor immediately
• Maintain kitchen equipment in proper working condition
• Any other duties assigned by your supervisor
• Comply with Valencia Hotel Group (and it affiliates) standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Valencia Hotel Group (and its affiliates) standards as required by scheduling which will vary dependent upon operation needs
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Hotel Operations or Customer Service experience preferred
• Communicates effectively with others
• Works productively with a team
• Effective multitasking skills
• Composure and patience under pressure
