We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to join in our mission of providing exceptional wound care services.As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a variety of patient visits, ranging from Annual Wellness Visits to vaccine appointments - you must have reliable transportation and comfortable doing home health visits.In this role, you will be responsible for on-site evaluations of patients' wounds, collaborating with our mobile healthcare team, and developing individualized treatment plans.
