Description: IN OFFICE- Telehealth

OUR Client is a privately owned, rapidly growing telehealth company operating in New York. We are looking to hire a compassionate and experienced telemedicine NP to provide virtual care to patients. REQUIRED- ACTIVE MEDICAID ID# IN NY (can start immediately). The telemedicine provider responsibilities include assessing the patients medical history and HPI. You should also be able to address patients' concerns regarding the use of telemedicine services. Position is in office in Brooklyn, NY 11226

Candidate Must Be Bilingual (Spanish)

To be successful as a telemedicine provider, you should be detail-oriented and able to communicate with patients effectively through various virtual communication channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications

· Asking patients situation-specific questions to make sure they get the care they need

· Formulating suitable treatment plans to address non-threatening conditions

· Prescribing various diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses

· Analyzing diagnostic test results and explaining them to patients

· Maintaining accurate records of patient's contact details, medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress

· Advising patients on suitable diets and exercise regimens to improve their overall health.

· Assisting patients in managing chronic health conditions

· Recording accurate and timely notes in EMR

REQUIREMENTS

· Active NY Medicaid # - can start right away

· Bilingual (Spanish/English)

EMR experience

· Licensed NP in NY

· 6 months experience as a telehealth provider preferred

· A patient oriented / compassionate disposition

· Strong attention to detail

· The ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels

· Bilingual preferred, Bengali/Urdu/Spanish
