\nResponsibilities:
- create and send RFQs to Qualified bidders
- facilitate technical and commercial clarifications
- Negotiate price, schedule and other commercial terms
- Recommend bidder selection based on commercial bid tabs and for qualified quotes
- Issue Purchase Orders; negotiate Change Orders in case of change in Scope of Work
- Expedite Vendors; coordinate resolution of any tactical issues (supplier set up, payments, etc.)
- Negotiate claims, manage warranty issues
- Procurement activities should be performed in compliance with client policies
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 years of procurement experience
- Basic command of SAP; familiarity with E-bidding tools
- Experience in Oil & Gas market, buying tailor-made Equipment (CAPEX), construction is a Plus
- Experience working within an international project team is a Plus
