Vital role supporting our fast-paced team with critical tasks across the entire acquisition lifecycle. As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in due diligence, financial modeling, integration, and more, gaining exposure to every step of the M&A process.

You should have a relevant degree and minimum of 2 years’ experience (ideally in finance, FP&A, or accounting) and possess a sharp mind, a meticulous eye for detail, and a desire to move at a fast pace and learn.

In this role, you will:

• Build financial models for potential acquisitions. This includes forecasting synergies, analyzing risks, and valuing targets, contributing directly to deal evaluation.
• Manage data rooms, ensuring secure and organized information exchange during the due diligence process. Think of yourself as the conductor, keeping the flow of vital documents seamless throughout the deal.
• Keep the decision-makers in the loop: Prepare concise and informative reports for leadership, tracking progress and highlighting key findings from due diligence. Your insights will directly inform critical deal decisions.
• Assist in post-merger integration tasks like organizational realignment, licensing, system harmonization, and cultural integration.
• Assist with the formation of new business entities for asset purchase transactions. You'll be involved in the legal and financial intricacies of deal structuring.
• Draft and develop presentations to senior management.
• Conduct industry research and competitor analysis.
• Engage with business unit leaders throughout the company.
• Assist with special projects in support of the various company's business units.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 2 years of work experience, preferably in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualities include:

• Familiarity with financial modeling tools
• Experience with data room software
• Understanding of M&A processes and Valuation

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
