The Window Installation technician works to ensure that installations are completed. As a window installer, you travel to businesses to remove old windows, doors, and frames, and replace them with new ones. Your duties include working with power tools, sealing fittings, taking accurate measurements, fixing units, transporting supplies, and cleaning up the job site. Communicates effectively with customers and serves as a reputable Valcourt representative on all jobsites.

• Responsible for the timely execution of the Order Verification process.
• Performs job site inspection to assess for water intrusion, rot, mold, and other issues.
• Performs installation recovery work following installations.
• Performs any other necessary task assigned by the supervisor or company in support of company goals or assistance with customer issues.
• Uses, maintains, and stores company provided tools appropriately.
• Meets company safety requirements by keeping work area neat and clean, following safety precautions, and wearing required safety apparel (i.e., shoes, safety glasses, fall protection, etc.), and reporting any safety issues to the manager.

Job Qualification:

• Willingness to travel
• Power tools experience
• Swing stage experience (preferred)
• Glazing experience (preferred)

Hourly Rate: $20 to $25/hr. depending on experience.

- Assemble and hang doors, build structures, and complete drywall work
- Conduct construction painting and touch-ups as needed
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Fabricate materials and components as required for specific projects

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cabinet installation, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and other relevant skills
- Proficient in door hanging, building structures, and drywall work
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques and ability to match colors accurately
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in the field
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
