Job Description:

• Supervise window, door, skylight replacement to be done as per drawings/product approval provided.
• Manage work crews.
• Create and submit image reports of work progress
• Coordinate activities with building management
• Take accurate measurements for material orders
• Source materials necessary for window replacement
• Perform minor repairs to windows and doors when needed.

Skills:

• Window, Door, Glass, Hardware replacement
• Plan reading.
• Microsoft office.

Salary:

• $50,000 to $65,000/yr depending on experience.

Examples:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
