EscaRosa Cooling & Heating is a full-service HVAC company servicing Pensacola, FL and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for a Lead Installer to join our team!

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the installation process, be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise, and have the ability to lead a team.

The Lead Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner, as well as ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of technical ability, quality, value, and integrity to our customers
• Install and repair a variety of systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with systems and equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure that systems are working properly.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during installation.
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
• Maintain records of installation activities and customer feedback.
• Train other installers on proper installation techniques.
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, and electronics
• Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
• 2 years of HVAC Technician field experience
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge with advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for iPad and cell phone communication and documentation

Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
