The Valcourt SSA Administrator position is the primary support role for the Safe Site Advantage team. Safe Site Advantage is the department of our organization that helps our clients meet and maintain compliance with safety codes and standards. The SSA Administrator will be responsible for coordinating our contracted inspections with our clients and our SSA Managers and preparing our clients for what to expect during and after the inspection. This position will follow up on completed inspections to ensure the client is satisfied with the service and to advise on any additional steps required to meet compliance. This position will also bill all inspection invoices, and review costs from the 3rd party engineer to ensure we are paying them the correct amount for their work. This position will also maintain all compliance documentation in our client portal and will be the main point of contact for clients who have questions or requests relating to the portal. This position reports to our Director of Safe Site.

Requirements

• Some college or bachelor’s degree – preferred
• 3–5-year work history with pattern of success at previous positions
• Ideal industry experience in either Customer Service, or administrative roles
• Outgoing personality
• Good organizational skills
• Motivated to provide clients with a good experience.
• Prior administrative experience.
• Excellent computer skills,
• Attention to detail.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
