Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments for customers.
  • Make outbound calls to customers. This consists of no shows, follow up, confirming scheduled service for future customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service through attentive listening and courteously providing accurate information.
  • Coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure that service appointments are properly scheduled.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
  • Forwards any customer concerns to the correct Department Manager and follows up.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and objectives.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

Qualifications:

  • Automotive industry experience a plus, but not mandatory
  • Call center/customer service experience is a plus
  • Capacity to adhere to your assigned shift.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers and software applications.
  • A good work ethic and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
