We are seeking a skilled Group Health Insurance Enroller to facilitate the enrollment process for our clients and their employees.
This role demands high levels of client interaction, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Do :
As a Group Health Insurance Enroller at Pinecrest Consulting, your responsibilities will be crucial in providing clients with in-depth knowledge of coverage as well as the benefits platform to help them transition smoothly to our employee benefits systems.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Conducting client meetings to understand their specific needs and guiding them through the benefits selection process.
- Directly calling clients' employees to discuss and explain the various tiers and plans available, ensuring they understand the exceptional coverage and benefits.
- Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of insurance policies to effectively share and educate clients and their employees on their options.
- Ensuring accurate and timely enrollment of clients into various group health plans.
- Collaborating with benefit carriers and the Onboarding Team to resolve any issues that arise during the enrollment process.
- Assisting clients and their employees in understanding the complexities of their benefits through detailed explanations and effective communication.
- Proficiency in using our benefits platform to assist with enrollment and to ensure a seamless integration for all users.
- Working closely with the Client Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of service.
- Staying updated on changes in insurance policies and legislation that can affect group health plans.
What We're Looking For :
- 2 years of experience in group health insurance or employee benefits
- Strong knowledge of various health insurance products and the ability to articulate these effectively to clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building relationships with both clients and team members
- High degree of professionalism and the ability to work with confidential information
- Proficiency in using insurance-related databases and software
- A proactive problem solver who can manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- An insurance license, or the ability to obtain one, is highly preferred
