Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phones in a busy, fast paced environment
• Transfer callers to appropriate personnel / departments
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Must have a great work ethic; be positive, punctual and able to multitask.

Position Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred

· Must be Bilingual: Spanish/English

Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 10:30am-6:30pm (9:00am-5:00pm during training)

Pay: Starting at $17 hour PLUS commission
