ReservationManagement Handle bookings for flights hotels transportation andactivities ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the reservationprocess
Customer AssistanceProvide comprehensive support to guests addressing inquiriesoffering travel tips and ensuring a smooth and enjoyablejourney
Documentation Support Assistguests in obtaining and organizing necessary travel documentsincluding passports visas and any requiredpermits
Problem Resolution Proactivelyidentify and resolve potential issues ensuring guest satisfactionand a positive travel experience

Requirements
Qualifications
Degree in hospitality tourismbusiness or a related field (or equivalent experience) isadvantageous
Previous experiencein a customer service or travelrelated role isadvantageous
