Essential Functions:

• Reports to Front Desk Manager.
• Assist with guest needs and requests throughout shift. Including, but not limited to, small maintenance jobs and running items from housekeeping
• Escort any late checks ins to their designated villa
• Displays courtesy and professionalism in all contacts
• Patrol the pool and tennis court areas between the hours of 9pm-11pm
• Witness and log 2nd shift, Splash!, and tip cash drops in accounting drop box
• Secure Clubhouse at 11pm closure hour, and straighten pool area if needed
• Cross train for the Night Audit position
• Assist with front desk needs when audit is away from desk
• Compile newspapers and deliver by 4:00 am to requested villas when needed
• Comprehensive understanding of emergency procedures
• Enforce property rules and regulations with guests and associates alike
• In an 8 hour shift, 6 full interior property tours need to be completed at the allocated stations. At least 3 of those tours must be performed on foot. A golf cart may be used to complete the remainder
• Report and follow up on potential safety issues by completing work orders in the Cloudbeds computer system
• Complete detailed incident reports if required
• Complete Nightly Patrol Report
• Complete Nightly Property Light Report
• Complete Nightly Newspaper Report
• Comprehensive understanding of SCR’s policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Experience Required:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Customer Service background

Specific Skills Required:

• Problem Resolution Solving
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Computer Applications
• Cash Handling Experience
• Customer Service background
• Well organized and have above standard written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated/ Team Player
• Detail Oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs, move, stand, walk, transverse, crouch/stoop, kneel, repetitive hand/wrist motion, reach, bend, see, recognize, distinguish, convey information and converse with staff & Guests with great consistency.
• Consistent viewing of computer screen.
• Focus on conversation with possible high volume of noise level.
