Sales Associate

Full Time -1099 Contract.

Boca Raton, FL.
SALARY RANGE
$50,000.00 Base Payment Monthly Bonuses. (No Cap on bonuses).
A person that brings 5-7 clients a month can expect to get $50,000.00 in bonuses per year. However, a person can also make the same amount from a single closing depending on the size of the contract. A person that is a closer and bring in more clients can expect to make much more. The sky is the limit!
POSITION SUMMARY
Sales Associates are responsible for selling the service to new clients. They find potential clients and initiate communications. They work closely with potential clients to determine their needs and answer their questions. They also recommend the best solutions and options to clients. They have a clear understanding of the business strategy and the pricing strategy of the service. They “go the extra mile” to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Send marketing emails to generate leads.
- Make calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- professionally present the service to potential clients.
- Maintain direct communication with the CEO to stay updated on relevant information of the company.
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
- Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
- Formalize the sale by providing clients with the service contract.
- Bring at least 2 new clients per month.
- Present at least 5 demo meetings every month.
- Make at least 2,000 calls to potential clients every month.
These are just the minimum requirements that we expect. However, we are looking for someone that will exceed those expectations. This position is ideal for someone that is results driven and can close as many clients as possible.
CAPABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work ethic.
- Excellent organization skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s in marketing is a plus but not a requirement.
- Experience in sales is a plus.
