Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Safely transport products to customer locations in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and delays
- Operate a variety of delivery vehicles including box trucks
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during deliveries
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Forklift certification is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
