Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Research and identify potential leads using various sources, including databases, social media, and online directories.
• Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to qualify leads and assess their needs and interest in our offerings.
• Follow scripts and talking points to effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Customer service certifications are advantageous.
