Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales. Duties: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets - Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels - Perform door-to-door sales visits to prospective customers - Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products or services - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services Skills: - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers - Proficiency in using software tools for lead tracking and sales reporting - Knowledge of energy sales is a plus - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable - Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively - Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and drive results If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $69,117.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
