Deadline for applications : Friday, May 17, 2024 Position Summary : This position is responsible for ensuring that all deposit functions, wire transfers and bank processing are completed daily with accuracy, adhering to regulatory compliance.

This position requires limited direct customer contact, but interacts with bank associates on a daily basis. Knowledge : Requires a four-year degree in Business Administration or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience : A minimum of three years previous banking or financial services experience, and basic knowledge of banking operations and processes, is highly preferred.

Skills : Requires proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word) and other online technology systems. Incumbent must be an intuitive thinker, a self-starter, and possess excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.

Requires ability to multi-task and set priorities, and must possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Individual must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a high pressure, time sensitive, and high-risk environment.

Scope of Decisions : This position has high-level access within the core bank application, as well as in other critical applications.

This associate has the ability to verify domestic and international wire transfers and make entries to General Ledger accounts and deposit accounts.

Decisions made by the associate in this position can have a significant monetary impact on the company. ADA Requirements : This person will be required to communicate via phone, email, and fax.
