100%, day shift. Monday Friday 6 : 30AM 3 : 30PM, with occasional shifts until 5 : 00PM (up to 40 hours per week). Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to :

• Assist with daily staffing schedules and weekly / monthly float requests including sick-call coverage and communicating with float pool for weekly coverage needs.
• Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, take meeting minutes, purchasing and accounts payable, and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of a department including sick calls, payroll, provider / employee time off requests and student coordination.
• Act as a resource for staff and providers for clinic needs.

Education :

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Work Experience :

Minimum One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
