Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. This is a temporary position. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00AM - 4:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Bring your excellent customer service skills to the Employee Health Services (EHS) team as they help employees meet their work-related health needs.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to:

• Answer multi-line telephone, assist callers, greet and direct visitors.
• Assist with scanning, entering, filing, mailing, and printing documents.
• Schedule meetings as requested.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

Preferred - One year of experience in an administrative support role
