JOB TITLE:
HR Intern - Talent Acquisition
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide customer service in HR working with the Talent Acquisition team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working the front desk, answering a multi-line phone, routing phone calls appropriately, completing the federal Form I-9 for newly hired and rehired employees. Additional duties include filing, shredding, customer service, imaging documents, data entry and copying along with any other office duties that our HR Department may need.
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and prefers the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Business/HR majors preferred but not required
Experience: Some customer service experience
Other: AVAILABLE TO WORK DURING THE SUMMER: We are looking for candidates/applicants that have availability during Summer 2024 and continue working through the remained of the school year.
